• Clients and their connected accounts: when a client authorizes us to manage their business profiles (pages, ad accounts, Google Business Profile listings, WhatsApp Business numbers), our application accesses that data to provide the contracted service.

• Information you voluntarily submit through contact forms (name, email, phone, message).
• Basic technical and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies.

2.2 From connected platforms (on behalf of our clients)

When a client authorizes the connection, our application may access and process:

• Google Business Profile: account and location information, customer reviews (text, rating, author), and posts on the business listing.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): managed pages, posts, comments, direct messages, insights, and advertising campaign data.
• WhatsApp Business: messages exchanged with the client’s business account.
• Access tokens and authorization credentials required to operate these integrations.

BustaSoft accesses this data only with the authorization of the account owner and solely to provide the contracted marketing management and engagement services.

• To provide and manage the contracted services: publishing content, managing campaigns, and responding to reviews, comments, and messages.
• To generate AI-assisted responses to reviews, comments, and messages (see Section 4).
• To produce performance reports and analytics for our clients.

• To comply with legal obligations and to prevent abuse or fraud.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Processing Providers

To assist in drafting responses to reviews, comments, and messages, relevant content (for example, the text of a review or a message from the end customer) may be sent to third-party large language model providers, such as OpenAI, acting as data processors. These providers process the content to generate a suggested response and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use this content for purposes other than generating the service response.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following cases:

• Third-party platforms (Google, Meta) to carry out the requested actions (publishing, responding, etc.).
• Service providers that assist us (web hosting, AI processing), under confidentiality obligations.

The processing of data obtained from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) is carried out in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and the authorizations granted by the owner of each account, and is limited to the purpose of providing the service.

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the services and comply with legal obligations. Access tokens are retained while the integration is active and are deleted when the client revokes access or ends the relationship. Draft responses and operational logs are retained for the period necessary for operations and are then deleted or anonymized.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (restricted access to credentials, encrypted HTTPS connections, protected token storage). No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• Revoke the authorization of our integrations at any time from your Google or Meta account settings, or by requesting it from us directly.
• Opt out of receiving marketing communications.
